Consistency trumps uncertainty

In another year of turmoil, both at home and abroad we should remember that there are some constants in life.

One of those is that there will always be a need for a good solicitor who has the right skills, expertise and empathy for an injured client and indeed their family. Particularly when the person in question has suffered a life changing injury.

At this time it is essential the right choices and decisions are made so that the client, who is the most important part of the equation, is getting the right legal and financial advice, which will eventually assist them to move onwards and upwards in their life.

Allianz is a proud sponsor of the British Paralympic Association and Paralympics GB Team, and, as an Allianz employee I have had the pleasure of meeting a number of our GB Paralympians. Without exception they are inspirational and support the view that, whatever the situation, a great support team is what you need to be able to recover and succeed.

Serious injury claims can take years to be finalised and it’s crucial to have an insurer who will be there to support your client through the life of the claim. At Allianz Legal Protection we are conscious that the decision to choose the right insurer, who will be there for the journey from policy inception through to settlement, is of major importance.

Knowing that your insurer is part of the world’s largest Property and Casualty insurer, with an AA- financial rating and the ability to top up the standard limit of indemnity should take away at least one worry for the client at the start of their journey.

The legal profession is experiencing constant change with all the uncertainty and challenges that change brings. Allianz Legal Protection is proud of its record of support for ATE insurance and the need for consistency in the market.

Allianz has a proven track record of nearly 20 years in this market. In that time we have paid out many millions of pounds in valid claims. In addition we have provided many thousands of pounds of top up indemnity, to meet those claims that required additional commitment. Consistency and certainty are often the most important things to consider when you’re entering into a long term commitment.
