Claims where you do not have a reasonable chance of winning. Any claim arising out of a contract you have with another person or organisation. Any claim for an event which is not covered under your current motor insurance policy. You must be within the territorial limit, described in the Definitions section of the policy wording within the policy information booklet. |

| Recovery after an accident | 24/7/365 assistance to recover your vehicle which cannot be driven after an accident, fire, vandalism, theft or attempted theft. | Any insured vehicle which you hire out or use as a taxi. Any insured vehicle stranded by snow, mud, sand or flood. Any vehicle which weighs more than 3.5 tonnes when fully loaded. You must be within the territorial limit, described in the Definitions section of the policy wording within the policy information booklet. |
