Allianz Legal Protection claims department handles claims ranging from property damage, motor, employment, commercial to complex personal injury.
We believe that our method of claims handling provides the highest quality service to policyholders, bringing together the key elements of a claims service: sympathy and understanding coupled with professionalism. Once claims are validated they are dealt with by our solicitor network.
The benefits of using a solicitor network are:
- Policyholder has immediate access to an approved specialist solicitor;
- Gives policyholder confidence that the claim will be handled correctly - access to a legal team from outset of claim;
- Policyholder not 'hassled' with duplicate requests for information e.g. initially handled 'in-house' then passed to solicitors;
