Administration of the Scheme
The scheme is administered via our Ate-link internet site. This secure website is a 'real-time' system that allows our firms to;
Obtain quotations
Accept quotations and print policy documents
Update cases
Request claim payments on unsuccessful cases
Send and receive messages on individual cases
View reports on outstanding cases
Request additional indemnity
Order stationary
Case Status
You must regularly update cases on the ATE-link internet site.
Barristers
Own barristers fees are not covered under the policy.
All barristers used must be on a CFA.
Terms of Business Agreement
Solicitor firms have to sign a Terms of Business Agreement (TOBA). This with a set of guidelines will govern the operation of the scheme, and the contractual relationship with us.
