Equity Product Details

Cover

We will pay up to £100,000 for unrecovered disbursements (apart from own barrister's fees), and other sides costs under our Standard policy which applies principally to fast track cases. For multi-track cases we offer a staged premium policy where the limit of indemnity is determined by your requirements on each case. Equity covers personal injury claims only - there is no cover for clinical negligence, DVT or stress at work.

Premiums

There is no up front premium payable by the client under this scheme. The premium is payable at the conclusion of the claim. We will waive the premium if the claim is unsuccessful or has to be abandoned provided that the client has kept to all the terms and conditions of the policy. However, in all successful cases the client has a primary liability to pay the premium.
