We have developed a legal expenses benefit solution

Our employee benefit solution provides comprehensive cover to insure against the cost of legal fees in the event of a legal dispute or loss. As well as legal expenses insurance the benefit also provides a range of additional legal related services.

Telephone legal advice

Our legal advice helpline is an important part of our service, providing telephone legal advice to individuals 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We can also provide access to other helplines on support matters such as tax and counselling.

Online solutions

Our web based legal services platform allows clients to create legal documents without the expense incurred by using a solicitor. The creation of legal documents is made easy with an interactive question and answer drafting tool.

Online legal health checks

Clients have access to legal health checks which allows them to assess their legal wellbeing and a range of online reference guides. Once a client has established issues which need to be addressed, they can obtain assistance via the benefit to ensure their legal protection.

Panel law firm support

If a customer has an issue which is not covered by their legal expenses insurance our legal advisor will provide the option for them to speak to one of our panel law firms on a self-funded basis. This provides our clients with instant access to quality services, provided by a national law firm.
