How To Make A Claim
Your ALP policy provides access to our dedicated legal advice line, Lawphone which is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. They will provide legal advice which may assist you in resolving the issue.

If the dispute cannot be resolved and your claim may be covered by the policy, Lawphone will arrange for a claim form to be sent to you which you should complete and return with any supporting documentation.
We will then assess whether your claim is covered under the terms and conditions of your Legal Protection Insurance policy. We will aim to provide a decision, in writing, to you within five working days of receipt of the information.
If your claim is covered we will appoint a legal representative to deal with it.
