We understand how important it is to keep your family safe and protect them against unforeseen risks.

Family Resolve, Allianz’s Family Legal protection product, extends to all family members permanently residing at the insured address and there is no upper age limit covering children.

Allianz Family Resolve includes:

• Personal Injury – up to £50,000 of legal costs to pursue compensation for events which cause death or personal injury to your clients. Cover applies in 31 European territories.
• Consumer Contract – up to £50,000 of legal costs to pursue or defend disputes over the buying and selling of goods and services.
• Employment contract – up to £50,000 of legal costs to pursue your clients employer in a dispute following a breach of your client's permanent contract of employment.
• Mediation – up to £2,000 of costs for mediation to resolve disputes between your clients and their neighbours relating to noise, boundaries or access to your client's home.
• Access to Lawphone - legal advice on any personal matter, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
