A specialist solicitor appointed by Allianz will represent you on a "no win no fee" basis and you will be protected against the risk of paying your opponents costs by an Allianz after-the-event insurance policy.

If the case is lost, you won’t have to pay any costs, Allianz will pay litigation costs and disbursements including that of your opponent if awarded against you, up to your selected limit of indemnity.
